Ingredients
1 tablespoon warm olive oil (or mineral oil)
Clean dropper bottle
Cotton ball or clean tissue
(Optional)
Garlic-infused oil (only if properly prepared and strained)
Instructions
Warm the oil slightly
The oil should be lukewarm — never hot. Test it on your wrist first to ensure it’s comfortable.
Lie on your side
Tilt your head so the affected ear faces upward.
Add 2–3 drops
Using a clean dropper, place a few drops into the ear canal.
Stay in position
Remain lying down for 5–10 minutes to allow the oil to soften earwax.
Drain and clean
Sit up and gently wipe away any excess oil. You may place a cotton ball in the outer ear briefly if needed.
Repeat if necessary
Use once daily for up to 3 days if addressing mild wax buildup.
Important Safety Notes
Do not use if you have ear pain, infection, discharge, or a ruptured eardrum.
Do not insert cotton swabs or objects into the ear canal.
